Bret has a long history of Football contacts and relationships. He has experienced growing up in the ever changing and challenging world of coaching and sports administration. His Father Bill Davis spent 30+ years as a Coach at all levels of collegiate competition as well as 15+ years as an NFL Coach and Executive. His brother Billy Davis has an impressive 13+ years of coaching experience in the NFL as well.

Bret followed a different calling in the business world where after just after 15 years in sales and management, Bret was named President and CEO of a large international medical device company. His experience and knowledge in networking, negotiating, client relations, interviewing skills and passion for coaches has made his decision to take on the responsibility of helping accelerate the careers of coaches and executives, the perfect fit.
